Christine’s passion for human development and growth has spanned her entire adulthood. Her career has focused on enabling learning, flow, change & development at Fortune 500 companies and entrepreneurial ventures. Her new focus on organizational and individual wellness and inclusion’s role in its achievement merges her dedication to personal growth and well-being with the profound impact organizations have on society.
Christine Lotze
Partner & Co-Founder
Stephen is committed to translating data into stories that organizations can use to make themselves better places to work. At Novo Vista, he leads WELLbie, our inclusivity tool, and utilizes his background in quantitative psychology to develop new digital solutions to anticipate burnout proactively. Beyond work, he enjoys Pilates, ballroom dance, and coaching soccer.

Nomi is passionate about collaborating with supplier diversity teams to identify opportunities to leverage diversity and create better places to work. Her career has spanned finance, HR, and business development. At Novo Vista, Nomi has secured global contracts and certifications for the firm and is active in mentorship and inclusion initiatives.

Kara is a storyteller and researcher enthusiastic about translating the latest academic research into accessible, engaging learning experiences. She brings extensive experience collaborating with multinational teams and designing online and in-person courses for a variety of audiences.
Kara Schultz
Consultant
Mfundi is excited about using digital tools to improve people’s healthcare and well-being. He began his career as an analyst/consultant at Philosophy IB, where he worked on diverse projects. After completing his MPH at Yale University, Mfundi joined a digital mental health venture where he served as a Project Manager in the quality and clinical arms of the company.
